What we collect and why

Patient interest form: your email, your country, whether you are a patient, a family member or a clinician, and how you heard about us. We use this to see where the analysis is needed and to write to you if a partner clinic in your country starts taking biopsies. We share only numbers with clinics — how many people registered interest in a country — never your details. The form asks nothing about your health; please do not add such information. Professional enquiry: your name, role, institution, country, email and message, used to reply to you. Email: correspondence you send to admin@snarelab.eu, kept in order to answer you.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box in each form; you can withdraw it at any time by email. Emails you send us are handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering them.

Where the data is kept

The forms are part of this website. Submissions and email are stored in Google Workspace, which may process data outside the EU under the European Commission’s approved safeguards. Nothing is sold or used for advertising.

24 months, or earlier if you ask.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection — write to admin@snarelab.eu. You may also complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), www.azop.hr.

None. The forms set no cookies. Visitor statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies.
